My friend and I are just starting to look for a Toyota RV. We would like to find a V6 and think we would like it to be a manual. Has Toyota always had a V6 or what year did they start making them?
Hi, Not sure if they offer a manual but the automatics work great. I have a 1990 Toyota Spirit, good cond, 53K, V6, automatic, cab and roof air, everything works, asking $9500.00 I live in Wisconsin. Thanks, Gary
I've got a 91 Dolphin, In Excellent condition around 82k miles
Comes with a generator and dual rear wheels.
Mine is an automatic (cruz & Overdrive) and gets great gas milege.Very clean, very well maintained.
Personally I would not want to deal with
a manual unless I was operating a 4 cyc.
In that case (due to lack of power) you might need it. Otherwise with a 6 cyc the manual is not necessary and only adds a hassel factor on the road.Let me know I'll sell for 14k OBO
I'm in Atlanta 770 451 9881.
Sarah; V6's are great, 4's are 'bullet' proof. The Sunrader toyota motorhome is king because it is fiberglass. No dry rot. I have never looked at a Dolphin or a Sea Breeze that didn't have some dry rot. Can be very expensive to repair. If you find one you cant live without take it ti a reputable mh repair shot and have them check it before u buy. Bill
