My 10 year old EPDM roof is chalky and mildew. Is there a recommended clean and rejuvenate method? Is there a product that I should apply to preserve and protect. Thanks, Bernie

What Type ePDM roof Ballast System? Mars? Fully Adhered? Firestone? Carlisle? Genflex? I'm an expert in these systems. All I do is Maintenance repairs etc.
