I'm having problems with my rear directionals. The fuses and bulbs are good. I need a wiring diagram. As the motor home had been stored in a barn, the manual had been eaten by rats prior to my purchase.

About your problems with lights, rv makers used cheep block connecters on all of the wireing, they take two wires put them in this blue colored plastic box and clamp them together, and after time the conection goes bad, and lights dont work, or they go dim,to fix this problem, replace all of the connecters, or solder all the connections, you can buy a electrical connecter kit that comes with the crimping tool at walmart for $10, or $15, and you will have your problem fixed. and it takes about three hours LUKE

Greetings in the Name of Jesus, but as the Bible says the rain falls on the wicked and the good. We had a similar experience with hail. It has fallen on our 1980 Toyota Motor Home.
We purchased it in 2006 A.D. and then had a custom red-white-blue paint job. Next we refinished the inside, new carpet, new seat pillows and seat backs from material from Matching bed cover material. Took it into a local guy and got the refrigerator in tip top shape and the air conditioning. We invested several thousand dollars.
Then at the end of May, first of June 2007, we had two large hail storms. Hail damaged the roof primarily and some on the sides and some on the front hood.
And when the Red Cross thought that a hurricane was going to hit Texas, we were contacted by Red Cross to volunteer again, as we had for Katrina.
When inspecting the Motor Home to prepare to go, we were told we had hail damage. Too make a long story short the hail damage would cost more than $5,500. to repair. My insurance company wants to total the unit. BUT they have valued the unit at $3500.00 to $4000.00 They said they called two RV dealers.
I had seen mid 1980 motor homes that do not look as good as our Heritage with more miles that were going for $7,000 - $8,000 last spring. BUT, I cannot find any comparable units on the internet at this time. DOES ANYONE know where I can get a legitimate quote on this 1980 Heritage Toyota Motor Home?
It was sold to me as a 24 foot, Class C that sleeps 4. 20R Engine 4 cylinder gets 14-19 miles per gallon. (Has climbed over the Rockies and the Bitteroot mountains of Montana and Idaho US-12) Double air, cruise control, standard four speed, bucket seats. Bed over cab, TV hookup with antenna and place to plug into cable, dinette with benches (that makes into bed) double sink, three burner stove with oven (in which my wife has baked pies and bread and of course meat) broiler; refrigerator (2 way gas-electric) freezes food when we set it too high (in both modes). separate small freezer unit. Rear bathroom with shower, tub unit, sink, and built in toilet. Next to that is a full length closet (large for such a compact motor home).
We are convinced that the unit is worth a lot more than the Insurance company has offered.
May God bless you in all that you do for Him,

Http://www.toyotamotorhomes.com/owners_manuals.htm This site has all of the wiring and other manuals.
As to Bro Hughes dilemma, which has most likely been solved by now, insurance companies evaluate value based on a number of factors, but mostly go by "comparables" provided by a 3rd party company. It is all on the up and up (unfortunately) and will most likely approach wholesale/tradein value, not retail, which is what you were hoping for.
