Im looking to buy an 18' Toyota Sunrader

I have a 1983 Toyota Sunrader for sale. It is 22 ft. It has the new axle that Toyota recommended. I have had very good luck with it. My mother owned it before me and her husband took very good care of it. Mechanically, it is in wonderful shape. The refrigerator quit and I installed a small a/c frig., but still have the original. I have had to replace two window gaskets in it and it will need the other windows to be replaced also. The interior is in good shape except one small place on an interior wall that was water damaged from the window leakage. I don't know what I will sell it for as I haven't looked into the values of what they're going for. I live in Kentucky. This RV has California emmissions. The speedometer went out at 69,000 miles. But I'd say it has less than 100,000 miles on it. I have also taken care of it, had the oil changed regularly etc.

1989 Sunrader, cherry, 41,000 miles, auto, new tires, both ac's work (front will run you out) $12,500. Fly to SF, do the wine country and drive home.

-updated axle?
-recent repairs?
-expected repairs needed?
-last timing belt replacement?
-general condition of body and tires
-condition of interior
-any things not working, refrig, etc?
-Does dash AC work?
-Does it have rooftop AC?
