Does anyone know what the towing capacity is on a RV such as this one? Anyone know which manufacture makes a hitch for this RV? I am thinking about buying one for about a $1000. It needs some work, but runs. I would like it use for towing a Harley Dresser in a CargoPro trailer.. Total weight should be about one ton, but may approach 1.5 if a second bike is hauled. Any help would be appreciated.

I HAVE JUST PURCHASED A 1980 TRAVELER WITH A 360 IN IT. I THINK YOU SHOULD BE MORE CONCERNED WITH TOUNGE WEIGHT MORE THAN TRAILER WEIGHT, MY RV HAS MORE THAN ENOUGH UNDER THE HOOD. I HAVE A HITCH ON IT BUT IT LOOKS HOME MADE. YOU SHOULD CONTACT A REPUTABLE DEALER AND SEE. YOU'LL PROBABLY HAVE TO HAVE MADE SPECIAL.

I got a 19' w/ 360 and the motor will pull it but I don't have Dully's on my RV and the suspention can't handle the snatching and jerking my last utility trailer caused, to heavy. You could pull yer scoot fine, but look fer a lighter type trailer.
