Class c recommendations Kevin 11-28-04  
I'm interested in getting an older Class C that could sleep 4. I would like to stay under 5-6K price range. Any reccomendations ? What are the mileage, reliability variations of the different makes ?

I have 1985 Fiberglass Sunrader with 4 cycle 22R engine getting 17 -23 mpg depending on mph. It is in excellent condition with 38,000 miles. Tire have 15,000 miles. Sleeps 4 one memory foam mattress with shower/comode

Howover, the rear 3/4 ton axles broke 2 weeks ago and I am looking for a better one ton rear axle with 4 14" wheels.

I in the midst of repairs of oven and two weeks ago the axle broke and I am looking for bettter axle- a one ton instaed of the orignial 3/4 ton rear axle. This model is know for this. Can you find a one ton axle with 14 inch wheels?
