I'm interested in the Class C MH built on the Toyota 6cyl. I am wondering what the difference is between the Manufacturers. I see Dolphin, Chinook, Escaper, Sunrader and more. Please help me sort out the differences, I'm in deep south Texas and have little chance to explore the miriad of Manufactures
Thanks kindly
Boy are you in luck. There are two places you need to visit that are dedicated to Toyota motorhomes. The first is www.groups.yahoo.com/group/toyota-campers and the other is www.clubs.yahoo.com/clubs/toyotamotorhomes. Good luck. Jack

:Hi - we just bought a 1990 Toyota Odyssey - v6. We used to have a 1978 Dolphin that we loved so much. We would load up the kids and all their friends and just take off and go. Missed it so much we decided to get another one. It was tough finding one in Texas but came across a little gem. I have 2 questions - 1. Do you know of any place where I can get some manuals for the fridge, heater, etc. and 2. Any info about the v-6 recall? Thanks!
My wife and I are about to buy a used '88 Toyota Oddessey, 4 cyl engine with 49,000 miles. I believe it has all the manuals. I don't know what make/model of frig yours has, but I'll gladly send you copies of any manuals we'll inherit that you're looking for.
I'd like your input on your experience with the 4 cyl Dolphin you had before. We want to go from San Diego to Colorado and I'm a little uncertain about the power and reliability.
I'm looking for a Toyota motorhome for sale on the Central Ca. Coast or someone willing to take a spin this way to show theirs off (I'll provide transportation to the bus, train, or airport for your return trip if I buy it.) Prefer 4 cyl, 4 or 5 speed manual transmission, rear galley or rear dinette/bed layout. Ready to buy and have cash for well-maintained motorhome in good condition. (805)772-2070 or diamondgirl@juno.com. Thanks!
