I bought my Robinhood 4 years ago(1974) under the same circumstances. I paid 2500 for it with only 36000 miles on it. Same condition---outside was repainted but the interior was original when I bought it. Great running condition but needed interior updates. Had a RV mechanic go through all the systems and the mechanicals of the drive train. 5700.00 dollars later it goes all over-- up to Mammoth to San Diego--- mostly just weekend surf trips. Robinhood stopped making them in 1979 in the South Bay. Its really fun when you see another one. If you really want to sell it and it runs okay,2 to 3 thousand is reasonable.

Hi,

We bought a Robin hood and we are having problems with the engine wanting to continously run at high revving. We cant drive it. Any hints on what might be wrong?

Thanks
Deb Swensen
