I bought a 2003 27H Mallard Fleetwood Rv from a dealer with no owner's manual. I would like to know where to find one free or at a low cost. Thank you.
I don't know if you are still looking for a 1988 Mallard manual, but I do have the original Mallard Manual in my 1988 27' Class "C". Since Mallard is out of business, I'd be willing to make you a photocopy for whatever it costs me to do so at the local copy shop. The manual is kind of generic. It looks like they sent out the same manual for several of their motor homes.
Just purchased a 1988 Mallard Sprinter. Anywhere I can get an owner's manual for the coach? Or something else, that will help me.
I don't have any idea of how to use the appliances of drain the tanks.
I just came across this thread in my search for a manual for my 1988 31' Sprinter Class A. Do you think that your manual would still apply to this vehicle? If so, would you still be willing to make a copy?
Hi Mike,
Just became across this message in regards to manuals for Mallards. Like everyone else who has replied to this message I have been searching for a manual for a 87 Mallard. I know you are not in the business of distributing manuals, but could please make me copy. I would pay for your time and cost.
I have the manual for my 1988 Mallard Class "C" 27' Executive model. I'd bet that it is the same manual that shipped with your model, because the manual is quite generic and there's no model year on the manual. It looks like Mallard shipped the same manual with all of it's RV's and trailers, because some of the info applies only to trailers and class "A"'s.
For example, none of the plumbing diagrams exactly matches the plumbing in my 1988.
However, if you would still like a copy of the manual, there is some useful info in it. Most of this info is the same stuff you can find in any RV book, such as "How to winterize your Mallard Unit." I could run a photocopy for you for $10.00, which would cover my photocopying costs at Office Depot and my shipping costs. If you want one, you can send a check to:

Hi Mike,
I also just came across this thread and was hoping that you could make me a copy of your manual. We just bought a 22' Mallard Sprinter. Please let me know and I will send the money for the copies and shipping. Thank you.

I just bout a 1989 Mallard Sprinter 35 foot travel trailer (not made by fleetwood) and would like to get a owners manual. Any ideas where to get one? and also if fleetwood didn't make it, who did.
Rob
As I understand it, Mallard was their own company until about 1992, when they were bought out by Fleetwood. After Fleetwood bought them out, they dropped the RV production lines and Mallard manufactured only trailers under the Fleetwood name. That was unfortunate, because Mallard really did make "Cadillac" motor homes. I love my 1988!
