Quite honestly none of the Rialta's comfortably sleep four. I have owned 3 Rialta's and am in the process of selling my 1997 now. I have the model that "says" it sleeps 4, the 22QD with the big bed in back and two side chairs that fold down into beds.
Have you actually tried folding the side chairs into beds? it's not that easy.
The person I bought it from had children and they always camped with a tent for the kids and adults in the bed in back of MH. I have a metal rack that goes on the back in the hitch that holds a lot of storage. I never used it but the original owners used it to hold the tent and supplies.
I am in Southern CA, not far from AZ
