We have a 99 Wbgo with a Triton V10 that twice in the last year has blown the 30A fuse #9 in the engine compartment. Both times, replacing the fuse got it going again. I measured the normal current in this circuit to be 4 to 5 amps. Fuse #9 feeds the PCM and the hot side of the injectors etc. I'll take it to Ford but expect they will say with no real search "it's the PCM and will cost $insert large number here". I'll check for chaffed insulation on the wires. Any other ideas?
