I would like to purchase a 20-22' 1988-1992 toyota motorhome, but my wife feels they are top heavy and possibly will roll over in a strong cross wind or emergency maneuver (such as a quick lane change). Being an engineer, I doubt seriously this could happen except for the most extreme and right set of circumstances. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of this type of occurrence? If I had an idea of the typical weight of one of these units, and better still if I had a weight distribution on the axles, I can calculate what type of wind speed it would take to push one over.
Also, if anyone has a unit that they might be selling in about 6 to 9 months, I would appreciate you contacting me. Thanks to all and happy trails.
