Post New Message Member since 1st Quarter 97. Lost the lake right, and don't camp...plus moved. I just want out, i.e., give the membership (paid off years ago) back to get out from under maintenance fees. Told have to sell to some one they approve of for membership, and must pay a percentage of whatever I paid for membership to transfer ownership. Would simply quit paying if I didn't think it wouldn't screw up my credit.
