Selling a Membership to Mountain Lakes, Ca Its what is now called Park Pride membership with full park privileges. Never been sold or traded. Have had this membership over 20 years. Please contact me at MrDDT@hotmail.com

Mountain Lakes membership for sale $4,750. plus apox $50. transfer fee. We purchased this Mountain Lakes Advantage Upgraded membership around 1996 and it is good for 4 life transfers, and cabins are available for use(not just tents and RV spaces as with some lesser priced Mountain Lake memberships.) If you have been to the resort in the last two years as a guest of Mountain Lakes Co or for a sales tour, you are not eligible to purchase the membership from a MEMBER - you must instead pay thousands more to the sales team at Mountain lakes. Mountain Lakes Co tries to talk potential buyers into a free "visit" as THEIR guest if they find out that someone is interested in buying membership from a member, just to then prohibit any sell from that member to private party - Mountain Lake sales wants new customers to buy memberships from THEM instead at thousands more! Any former or current member can verify that Mountain Lakes has a clause in their contracts that prohibit sales by members to anyone that has been a guest of Mountain Lakes company within previose 24 months. Financing through Mountain Lakes available w/ approved credit I believe. Quarterly dues to maintain property and upgrades $137 per quarter. Dues are paid through June 31, 2008.
