We have a Mountain Lakes membership for sale. It is a beautiful campground. It is a wonderful and fun place. We are not the original owners. This membership is only for RVs and tents but can be easily upgraded to cabins. We will pay for transfer fees.Please e-mail if you're interested. Must sell!!:)

Mountain Lakes (Lytle Creek, CA ) membership for sale $4,850.(transfer fee included)
We purchased this Mountain Lakes Advantage Upgraded membership aprox 10 years ago (memberships were aprox $7,500 at that time), and it is good for FOUR deeded life transfers, and CABINS are available for use with this upgraded membership - not just tents and RV spaces as with some lesser priced Mountain Lake memberships.) This membership includes Resorts of Distinction & +PLUS membership
Mountain Lakes would not divulge over the phone the new costs of a comparable membership - Sales team want protential buyers to first visit the Resort as Mountain Lake Co's "guest" before they would divulge prices and levels of membership!

If you have been to the resort in the last two years (24 months) as a guest of Mountain Lakes Company for a sales tour, you are not eligible to purchase the membership from a MEMBER - you must instead pay thousands more to the sales team at Mountain Lakes Company, unless you wait for the 24 months to expire in order to buy directly from a MEMBER! Mountain Lakes Co tries to give potential buyers a free "visit" as THEIR guest when they find out that someone is interested in buying membership directly from a MEMBER, then prohibits for 24 months any MEMBER from selling to THAT private party.
Mountain Lake Resort's sales has an financial incentive in having new customers buy memberships thru MOUNTAIN LAKES for thousands more!
Any former or current member can verify that Mountain Lakes has a clause in their contracts that prohibit sales by members to anyone that has been a guest of Mountain Lakes Resort company within previous 24 months.
Financing through Mountain Lakes available w/ approved credit I believe. Quarterly dues to maintain property and upgrades $137 per quarter year. Current Dues are paid through June 31, 2008. 760-956-2822
