BEWARE, KQ Campgrounds invitation Carl 6-19-06
KQ Campgrounds in Julian, CA will invite you to camp and attend their sales presentation. If you do not buy their membership you will be charged $50 per night and treated very rudely.

Senior RV'ers.
We learned the hard way.
Re: BEWARE, KQ Campgrounds invitation Olivia de Ulloa 7-10-06
If you do buy, they charge very high late charge, and never send you a clear itemised statement.
Re: BEWARE, KQ Campgrounds invitation Al &Joyce Dickson 7-21-06
We attended the same sales Presentation then said no to the purchase. The sales manager said we then owed them for two nights and no free gift.

I got the same treatment(a scam)from a RV campground when I lived in Texas.
Contact the California state Attorneys Office and file a complaint.Give the Sales Managers name and phone number.
CRA may not be aware of what this Manager is doing at the KQ Campground.
Re: BEWARE, KQ Campgrounds invitation Kristi Rice 9-20-07
I've known many people who have attended KQ Ranch presentations and havent bought, you always get your free gift. I cant believe they'd do this and get charged for the time ther, no way!
Re: BEWARE, KQ Campgrounds invitation charles and Richard 8-30-06
I would complain to the CA State's Atty General and the local district attorney as well as file a complaint with the better business bureau.

Additionally, I'd write a letter to any of the directory companies that have them listed.

Sorry this happened to any and all as I hate to see lack of integrity anywhere.

My wife got sucked into their bullcrap campground. $5K over a year ago and we haven't used it once. And they want $480 in "maintenance fees." These were never mentioned in their sales spiel. I hate these people.
