I am the second owner of a Park Pride Membership (includes cabins with full park privileges).

I need a membership for low to none money wise; I am on a low income and have an R.V. I stay in it full time so I need a place to go atleast 1 -2 weeks at a time. If you can help please let me know

Mountain Lakes membership for sale $4,750. plus apox $50. transfer fee.
We purchased this Mountain Lakes Advantage Upgraded membership around 1996 and it is good for 4 life transfers, and cabins are available for use(not just tents and RV spaces as with some lesser priced Mountain Lake memberships.)
If you have been to the resort in the last two years as a guest of Mountain Lakes Co or for a sales tour, you are not eligible to purchase the membership from a MEMBER - you must instead pay thousands more to the sales team at Mountain lakes. Mountain Lakes Co tries to talk potential buyers into a free "visit" as THEIR guest if they find out that someone is interested in buying membership from a member, just to then prohibit any sell from that member to private party - Mountain Lake sales wants new customers to buy memberships from THEM instead at thousands more!
Any former or current member can verify that Mountain Lakes has a clause in their contracts that prohibit sales by members to anyone that has been a guest of Mountain Lakes company within previose 24 months.
Financing through Mountain Lakes available w/ approved credit I believe. Quarterly dues to maintain property and upgrades $137 per quarter. Dues are paid through June 31, 2008.

We moved to Oregon and will not be returning to CA. We are looking to find someone who wants to take over payments of 100.00 per month. Balance is below 4,000. We will pay transfer fee!! Also, this lifetime membership includes the ability to rent cabin and is transferrable to family members. Just about to pay maintance fee, which will be good until October.

Just called your home and found out you will be back next week. Is your membership still available? I understand you have been receiving a lot of calls.

We just spent the weekend at Mountain Lakes with some friends and had a wonderful time.
The kids caught their first catfish (since their lines got tangled it was a team event) we were a site to see! Since then we have been looking for a membership to purchase.
