I am interested in purchasing a Sundance Meadows/Vail Lake Access Ownership/Timeshare with $240 annual dues and about $350 transfer fees for cash (no financing required).

I am selling my membership. I have full access to camping w/ friends for free. I store my trailer there+ Horseback riding,Pond fishing, swimming pool,sports ect..all free! takeover payments $70 a month or $2800. There is a $350 transfer fee + yearly dues @$375 membership from 1997. Great Lifetime camping Membership.

I've got a Sundance Meadows membership that I have never used and I now live out of state. If you would like to have it contact me. The cost is the dues and transfer fee. 623-523-2214

Donna, you've been snookered. Sundance members no longer have lake rights!! Yearly dues have been raised 100% to$500/year. The place has not had any improvements since 1994.

I was told today by Sundance Meadows that they lost a law suit in the begining of July and no longer have any access to the lake. I called the other campground and they confirmed that. It looks like Sundance Meadows members are SOL. Chris Sundance Meadows Member since 1996
