I am going to list mine soon. I am the original owner since about 1990. There are 3 transfers left and it includes the use of cabins. I can be reached at 323.318.0375 or 562.818.0925. I will sell at a good price, I need to look into what they are selling for and I will probably beat anything else you could find.
