We have owned an RV for 20 years. This past winter we spent 3 months in ours. We live on a remote cattle ranch is East Central Montana, It is a beautiful setting. The Missouri River breaks in the spring and early summer. We are 47 miles from town. Of which 35 is gravel and the remainder black top. We are contemplating developing a summer camp ground for snowbirds that need to land for the summer. The rates would be very reasonable. Do you think this would be feasible or are we too remote?
