Lakes will not permit the transfer of a membership to a buyer if they have a record that the prospective buyer, has during the previous 24 months, received a sales presentation from one of its representatives. A buyer who has received a presentation from Mt. Lakes during the previous 24 months can only buy from Mt. Lakes.
The transfer would take place at Mt. Lakes’ office in Rialto, CA. The transfer fee the buyer would pay is $50. (3/23/05)
