Post New Message We have a Mountain Lakes campground membership we are interested in selling. We are the original owners with full membership including cabins. Quarterly dues are $92 and all dues are current. Transfer fee is $50-$100 and can be done at Mountain Lakes corporate office or by ourselves with a notary public. Our son is grown, so we no longer use the park. Our price is $3500 firm. Feel free to call us (714)528-4493!
