We are seeking a campground to purchase, lease w/option, or manage w/option. We are experienced KOA Managers with a high degree of skill. We were initially set to purchase a campground outright but our investment partner has encountered personal troubles which will prohibit him from contributing his agreed upon share.
My husband owned and operated his own company for 15 years, has experience in construction, maintenance and restoration, has his pool operator's and propane licenses, and is currently employed as a Manager at a KOA. I have my BA in Recreation/Human Services and an AA in Business Management, have also owned my own business, am KOA Kampsight qualified as well as computer literate, and am currently employed as the Activity Director/Assistant Manager for a KOA.
We are seeking profitable campgrounds who would be willing to either carry the balance of the downpayment at Venture Capital interest rates or would be willing to either consider a lease w/option or manage w/option as a route to selling your campground.
