Tammy, I have an "Original Charter" membership for sale. It is paid in full, gives access to all amenities in the park and INCLUDES cabin rights. Quarterly dues are $96.43 (first 2 already paid). There is a $50 transfer fee. ALL OFFERS CONSIDERED. Very important, Mountain Lakes will NOT permit transfer to anyone who has attended one of their sales presentations during the last 24 months.
