Be forewarned. If you have visited a TT/NACO preserve and listened to one of their presentations, you are not elible for membership until after 12 months.
They figure their sales presentation sold the campground membership and will not let you buy a re-sale for 12 months.

Re: thousand trails membership Debbie 5-24-04
I have a national Thousand Trails, NACCO, Liesure Time unlimited use membership for sale. I am not the original owner but my Mom and Dad were. My Dad passed last year and I took over the membership so my Mom would not need to pay the dues. I am not sure what price range you are looking at, I have seen them from Free up to 5,000 in some cases.

I have it posted here at work in Oregon as $3,000 which includes the cost of the $750 Transfer fees and the $499 dues that are paid in full until April 2005. I have a letter from TT that states if I sell it for at least $2,995 then the annual dues tot he new owner would be $388.

I am open to offers as well. Thank you

Re: thousand trails membership Heather 5-30-04
I am looking for a membership. I saw two sell at around $500 on another web site that did not include the transfer fee and I was not sure when there dues were due for the year. Are the original dues of $499 frozen at this price or do they go up quite fequently. Does this membership have RPI or coast to coast with it. I supose national means it is good in any state, where some memberships are not. Is this what they call a gold membership. I am interested but need to find out more. I want to take my kids camping, but always have to watch what I buy.

Re: thousand trails membership Shelby Garrison 6-1-04
Hello. I visited a TT campground last weekend and loved it. I am a single mom and could not afford the new membership fees they were offering. Why doesn't your membership have annual dues? Would you take $1,500? Why are you selling the membership and what has your experience been with the organization?

Thanks,

Shelby
