Be sure you know what you are buying! Depending on when the person purchased and if they upgrade, from what I am told, determines if they also have the added resorts affiliated with NACO, Leisure Time, RPI, and EA that they have either purchased or entered into agreements with over the years. Also from what I am told if you purchase privately you pay $499/year for a minimum of 10 years plus a $750.00 transfer fee. We were told today we could buy all of US for $4595 of Eastern US for $3595.00 and pay $398.00 per year for minimum of 3 years, and that would include all of those additional resorts. It made us weigh it out. estra 100.00 over 10 years is additional $1000, + 750.00 transfer fee, + price one is asking and I may not get all of the additional resorts. If I am wrong about this any of you resellers _PLEASE LET ME KNOW - We decided to go for their deal (as their appeared to be more benefit in getting it form 1000 trails, but have 7 days to get out of it if this is not true
