My husband and I like to camp. We are interested in finding a membership in Outdoor World, but don't have $$$ to burn. We know the yearly fees are over $450. Anyone not using their membership and want to transfer it so they don't need to keep paying dues? Thanks BJ

If you check with members in some of these parks, you may be able to get a membership for 0 (no) dollars. There are plenty of these memberships around and it would be foolish to pay some of the prices that are being asked. They have 14 campgrounds that are part of this system and are located from Maine to Florida. I know, I was a member for years while FULLTIMING and visited almost all of them. Also, sold membership for someone to take over the dues.

My mom has a master liftetime membership for sale; with 3 generations. You can reach her at 732-257-4401. Sorry she doesn't own a computer.

This message is to Cheryl, dated 8-25-03. My parents have a MASTER Outdoor World Membership for sale, all dues are paid, etc. There is a small transfer fee, but the campgrounds are up & down the east coast including inland--state of Illinois. Outdoor World is THE PREMIER camping timeshare. Are you still interested? They prefer to sell to a private party (by the way, please BEWARE of people selling "many memberships for sale"). They are very eager to sell, as no one is interested in our family, and they have NEVER used theirs. Please email me, Deb at sumba@snet.net--if you are still interested, ok? They have someone interested at the moment, but it could take up to a month for this person to get the funds. They need the money soon. We can discuss prices when you email me.
