Does anyone know if it's legal for a campground to discriminate against someone that wants to rent a spot by the month, just because there RV is over 10 years old? I would really appreciate any and all input into this matter.

Owner's have their own rules to maintain and have to keep up appearances to keep their business in good standing. There ARE people out there that are very descriminate as to where they will take their units. Ten years old doesn't mean too much if the unit has been well maintained and still has a newish look. The owner's do have to have a cut-off point and I believe you will find this in the Mobile Home Parks also.
