The membership for sale is a Gold Thousand Trails/NACO membership, entitling the owner to stay at any TT/NACO camp in the country. The Gold membership includes 50 nights per year; additional nights are $5.00/night.

The one time transfer fee is $799.50 (which is 10% of the original membership cost). The annual maintenance fees are $499.00.
