We are selling a Colorado River Adventures membership that carries with it an RPI Gold membership.
The membership includes KQ Ranch, El Golfo, Mexicom Cherry Lakes, Yuma Lakes, Emerald Cove Resort, Lake Havasu Resort and Northshore Resort.
Our original cost was $6365.00 plus a fixed annual dues of $369.00. We are selling the membership for $3000.00 and we would like to recover our 2007 dues.
Any transfer fees that may be required by Colorado River Adventures, LCC would be payable by purchaser.
If Colorado Adventures, LLC requires a transfer fee that cost would be passed on to the purchaser.
