Re: GMC Buffalo Question by Bill Thomas
Post New Message I have a 4106 with an 8V71 TA. I can tell you that basically nothing as big or bigger passes me when climbing and almost anywhere else. She is so powerful, that she will heat and has misters on the radiator to prevent that. Basically the speed is limited by your pocketbook, as she is able to do what you want and then just needs fuel. Now I am not a racer, but it is sure nice to have the power to at least keep up with traffic if you know what I mean. I also have an '04 when I want to save fuel. I don't know what 40' people do. I am afraid to think of what the fuel bill would be to go the same miles as I do. If these fuel prices don't come down, we will likely be seen in the '04. Bill T.
