i installed a v 730 allison to replace a vs-28 and lost about 10 miles an hour at top end work out your top end speed before changing it I sold my vs-28 to edmonton transit i had two of them if you like e mail me and i will contact them for you the other connection i have is nimco bus in new gersey ther on the net talk to nick he might be able to help good luck
