Is there any way to find where it is that MCI stuck there governers on the 8V-71? I have looked all over the engine compartment and talked to quite a few diesel mechanics (only truck and boat-- including the local Coast Guard detachment), and so far have come up with not a single governer. The bus runs great, but I know that the thing will go faster than 68 mph. Any help would be great.
