Why is it so hard for a person to put the asking price in the ad. I would love to have just what you have for sale,but I'll be damned if I am going to call ,no telling how many times, and to find out that your not at home and the person that I am talking to don't know anything about,it not even the price.Or better yet you will call me when you get back, so we play phone tag for a week, I don,t buy, you don't sell, and the only one who comes out good on this deal is the phone co., And the don't need the money.
The point of this stoy is that if you want to sell it, the second thing the public NEEDS to know before going any futher is THE PRICE. Not only that but the general rule is that if you are affraid to list the price chances are good you want to much for it, and have to give your sales pitch before you give the price. Tom
