Does anyone know where I can find the empty weight and the maximum gross weight of these buses? I would like a shell that can legally hold 14-18,000 pounds of payload and still go down the highway. So far all I'm getting is guesses. Is there a book available with this info? Thanks for the help. gb
The DOT will let you carry 12,000 on a steer axle and 20,000 on the rears 10 or 12,000 {I Forget} on a tag Empty GM 35 ft are abt 20,000 with no interior or conversion 40ft 23,000
These are the best engineered and therefore lightest coaches.
Only the Senicrusers or MC 6 had dual drives 20+20+12,000 capacity .
Have you thought of buying a Peterbuilt and towing ,, 60,000 to 80,000 this way,
