I'm looking for something old, maybe a little weird, and of course cheap. (read donated) I'd like to fix up an old bus with my youth group and then use it as transportation to and from various events. Do you know of anyone with an old beater in the back yard that would like to help my youth group? Thanks for reading this.

Unless you enjoy doing by the side of the road repairs in the dark and in the rain, don't go looking for some old beater. Remember you will be transporting someone's son or daughter. Their safe transport is going to be your responsibility. It will also be your liability if something goes wrong. You can purchase very good, usable buses all over the country which will get you there and back without a lot of aggravation. Remember, purchase cost is not the only cost of operating a bus.
