My church owns a '72 Prevost Prestige (pre-LeMirage) with an 8-71 Engine. I would like to reset the speed governor from 65 to 70 (so I can keep up with legal highway traffic). How do I do it? I'm not able to check this newsgroup very often, so please respond directly to me, if possible.

THIS IS NOT A JOB FOR AN AMATEUR !! Take your coach to the local DD dealer and tell him you want the gov raised to 2100, this will wear out the engine at maximun rate allowed , and give whatever top speed the rear axle and tire selection will give. NOT A SHADE TREE JOB, but it should cost a minimum amount of $$$$ as it only takes 10 min to do with proper tach. FAST FRED
