4107 Steering Wanders (any ideas?) Rick 9-18-00
We have had a 4107 for several years and have put up with the steering wandering.
I have finally decided to try to find the problem but can't seem to figure it out.
All tie-rod ends and rubber-bushed control arms seem to be tight.
The only "play" in the whole system seems to be a small amount in the power steering cylinder
control valve which equates to about two inches free play in the steering wheel.
The toe-in is correct but that is the only adjustment I have made. Where do I start, with hydralics or
alignment? Any help is much appreciated, Rick
Thanks for all the help! I won't be back ! Rick 9-22-00

The folks who post replys on this or any board only do so IF they have the ability to help with your problem.
BE very thankfull that no one , with out the slightest clue to your problem , told you how to "fix" your coach.
The responses are free , if you want somone to SCREAM at, go to your local big vehicle chasis and frame place , pay a few hundred for "advise", and a screwed up job .

The goodfolks that CAN answer usually do ,tough that reality doesnt suit you.
