I have a 1999 ford f-350 diesel dually and iam looking to get into hauling either travel trailers or 5th wheels i also have a 32 ft goose neck trailer that i could haul freight on. Could someone please point me in the right direction on getting started in this business
Keep a eye out at your local truck stop, find a driver doing what you would to do and talk to him. His company may be looking for contract

Hello from tyler tx

Brian I just started a trucking business this spring it took me most the winter to get all my paper work in order,my own authority proper insurance ifta sticker ect,it took a long time because i got cofused and disgusted and kept taking breaks but you will find out that you are considered a big truck because you will have to be licensed over 27,000 lb to find enough work you will probably weigh over 13,000lb emty and ltl freight is hard to find the big trucks grab it right up especialy if it pays good BUT ITS WORKING OUT OK, IT CAN BE DONE GOOD LUCK ROY
