There are many MCI buses where the trusses have rusted out, and the buses are still on the road... why haven't they collapsed?

MCI'c can and DO have slides, it just has to be done the correct way.....

MCI Does not have a frame. The sidewalls are a truss that runs from the front all the way to the back. If you remove a part of it the bus will collapse..

What i saw with the 7 with the entire upper sections missing impressed me,maybe the strength is the baggage floor and the centre tunnel maybe someone from MCI could tell why it didn't break?

See the ural and you will find out just how easy it is to make a slide out work for an MCI. http://www.walkercoach.com/Slide_Outs.shtml
