I am an over 50 female, but here is my opinion. I wanted to feel safe when my large old dog and I camp. I have restored it to the 1968 "Summer of Love" theme because I was raised in the 1960's in the SF Bay and I completely missed the sex, drugs and rock and roll era - which has been really fun. All the interior was plain white vinyl, but being an artist at heart I saw it as just a lot of blank canvas. Armed with oil paints I went to work and it is now covered in tropical scenes and suits me perfectly. Many RV parks will not allow any coaches over 10 years old, but when you tell them its an Airstream, they roll out the welcome mat. I keep the exterior polished to a mirror finish and I am currently living in it in Baja California on the beach. I can't imagine living anywhere better than in my Airstream - Its Mama's womb! Roll on...
