	We paid $3500.00 for the same yr and size. An awful lot depends on the condition and upkeep. We sank another $8000.00 into it for systems upgrade and testing at the factory. It was usable, but not safety upgraded, i.e., propane tanks. We took it out once, but didn't use bathroom facilities, etc. We considered ourselves lucky to find one at this price so we could afford the upgrades, etc.
