Hi Forrest, I just read your post, and I have already built a model of my "Tearstream". Looks like you are going all out building a teardrop shaped Airstream. I am very involved with a group of teardrop owners and builders on the an internet forum and I got all kinds of valuable information from those folks when I built my all-wood Woody 1/2 Nelson teardrop a year ago.
