Hello, My father in law and my wife and kids are on the road going to Tulsa. This morning they called me to say the latch will not open on the door. the dead bolt turns and engages, the regular lock works, the lever is not contacting inside to pull back the slide to open the door. how can they get the door open without destroying somthing from the outside? any experience with this? Help appreciated. 85 Excella

Perhaps flexing the frame by using floorjack would help relieve pressure - worked on small Airstream once.
