Re: Argosy trailer 26-30' wanted Jeff Haines 3-12-03

I saw your request for an Argosy trailer, and thought I might offer a suggestion. I saw one for sale in either the Oregonian or Nickel Ads newspaper; I can't remember which (both classifieds are available online). Anyway, just out of curiosity, what is the difference between the normal Airstream and the Argosy? I'm considering purchasing one to live in at college.

Re: Argosy trailer 26-30' wanted Keith 4-20-03
not sure what the primary differences between an Airstream and an Argosy but I have noe that I have looking to off load at the right price. I live in Va and it appears that you reside somewhere on the west coast but if your willing to entertain the offer we can talk. I have a 1973 26' Argosy. Everything works well (i.e. heater, ac, water pump, stove/oven, lights, radio, bathroom, etc) but the "cabin" needs a little work from a visual perspective. It has been stationary on a lot for at least 5 years so I'm not sure of the condition of the tires and suspension. From my inspection, it appears ok.

If your interested let me know and we can talk further.

We have a 30 foot Argosy with a rear double bed. We want to put in twin beds. Where can we get upper cabinets to hang above the windows over each bed?
