Any market for airstream gas appliances? lise 10-13-02
Hi,
I am wondering if anyone would be interested in purchasing any of the gas appliances from the 66 overlander I just bought? I am allergic to gas, and eventually will be taking out the range, oven, and heaters (it has two separate heaters in this model). I'm in no hurry, I'm just curious is this something I can get any money for? Of course, shipping would be a problem... I will be using electric hookup and a hot plate and space heater, so I won't need them. If there is no market at all, I may leave them in for a while, as of course the trailer would have little value once I remove them, and I am not sure how I will take to living in it full-time!! Eventually, I'd like to outfit it solar, at least for some purposes, I know that won't do heat...
Thanks,
Lise

Hi, I just ran across your message about airstream gas appliances. I realize you wrote in october, and things might have happened since then, but I just had to check. I'm restoring a 1965 safari, and my stove is a bit rusty. If you still have your stove, I'd be really interested in finding out more about it. Please let me know.

I would be interested in the various appliances you are planning on selling and the prise of the individual pieces. Could you supply pictures? I own a 1975 31' Sov.
Thank you,
Dennis

Do you still have the appliances? I'm interested in replacing the 3 burner Magic Chef stove from my 1967 30' Airstream.
