||Member of Western Horizons Resort since Dec. 2007. Home camp is what is now called Blue Mesa. Invested over $10,000 in a Premier Membership that guaranteed lifetime benefits of $3 nites and included a "Golden Legacy Certificate", "Cabin Package Certificate"and "Credit Life" reassurance policy. Now with the sale and reorganization of Blue Mesa under a very curious arrangement called "Colorado Dream Vacations" and the subsequent separation from Western Horizon Resorts (with whom I have my contract), a company that seems to be nothing more than a timeshare "arranger", I am forced to seek legal support simply to determine what set of rules I should follow even if I chose to continue to be a member (of what ??? ). And where do I stand with ROD and AOR memberships that I own but are connected to my membership in Western Horizon whose existance seems to be in question ? This whole affair seems to be an old fashioned shell game. Abbott and Costello would surely wonder, " whose on first?" Please include us in your attempts to join in a class action lawsuit. PS- Currently, we remain members in good standing in order to use Resorts of Distinction. It may be worthwhile for us to eventually move our "home" to a well run rv park that we would use on a regular basis. The KM parks in Washington and Oregon may be a better bet.
