Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts GLORIA R SANCHEZ 8-17-16
I bought WHR lifetime membership in 2005 for a little over $5,000. Still paying $249. annual dues because my "Home park" in Ramona Canyon took over. Now they charge nightly fee, membership doesn't matter & it's now open to the public!!! I've stayed there once before the sell off took place; I lived in Colo. Spgs. @ purchase time, so, if I wanted a Colorado Home park, they want another $3,000.!! Like a widow on disability benefits could afford that; what a joke! I love my ROD membership!!! Although I have noticed a decline in maintenance of most parks, it's still free camping for now. WHR has failed us all miserably, YET, keep collecting our retirement income to satisfy their greed. I'm in toward lawsuit... thank you! GRS
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts Roger & Anne Wilson 8-17-16
We would be interested in being kept informed on progress with this suit. Is there anything we should do?
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts Bill Marshall 8-26-16
Also interested in law suit, or at a minimum, good information on what's next.

I am interested in a class action law suit.
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts MARY ANDERSON 8-2-16
I WOULD WANT TO BE A PART OF THE CLASS ACTION SUIT. TOO MANY LIES AND CHANGES TO OUR CONTRACT.
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts Max Zellweger 8-29-16
Yes I am interested. Am a full lifetime membership. Our WHR home park is Wineridge RV Park in Pahrump, NV.
Let me know the progress in the lawsuit & what I can do to provide more info if required.
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts Mori Yancey 7-24-16
My husband & I paid 8,000.00 in full membership fee, plus 399.00 yearly maintenance. I think we used this twice, definitely not an honorable company & our contract was broken. Would be interested in joining a class action if it's still pending.
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts James and Lana Ploger 3-11-16
Paid for a lifetime membership. Want to join the lawsuit.
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts Pat DeSpain 2-22-16
Would definitely be interested in joining this lawsuit. Paid a lot of extra money to get a lower nightly fed and now they have sold all but one of the locations.

How many interested people gave you heard from so far?
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts Roberta Jensen 3-21-16
I too purchased in 2011 a lifetime membership and now my home park is the only one left and that is doubtful. I would be interested as well.
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts Glenn Pollock 3-24-16
I would be very interested in more information regarding progress on your lawsuit. Are you currently pursuing it?

There are NO resorts left that would ever be convenient for me to use any more, and the $5600
purchase fee is now totally wasted.

Somebody needs to bring this slimy corporation to court!

Please bring me up to date on this, and advise how I might participate.

Thanks-
G. Pollock
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts Bruce Arneson 5-23-16
Paid for a lifetime membership. Very few opportunities to use the few remaining resorts listed on their website. I would be interested in participating in a class action lawsuit if that is still being considered.
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts Theodor Wolf 9-29-17
Bought lifetime transferable membership in June, 2016. Really interested. In class action lawsuits against Western horizon.
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts Linda Green 10-14-16
I am interested in participating in a Class Action Law Suit. Let me know what can be done to move this along.

There is a website out there called RV Mechanic, I think, that has at least 20 people stating they want a class action law suit. But I don't know if they are on the right website for that.
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts John Elliott 1-9-17
We bought into Western Horizon Resorts - home base Indian Waters RV Resort in Indio, CA - in Nov 2008 for $6,995. We'd be interested in participating in a class action law suit.
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts Eric Jacobson 1-8-17
I made an entry here 4 months ago and I haven't heard anything. I am in 28,000.00 with these crooks.

Add us also to your lawsuit, we were contacted by a lady Sandra Baldwin that was in the process of a class action but have not head anything.
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts Peggy Shafer 3-8-17
We would also be interested. Have an upgraded lifetime membership.
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts Peggy and Dick Downey 4-8-17
Please add us to your list for a legal action against Western Horizon Resorts. I can't find anything current about the status of WHR. We couldn't travel much for the last 3 years, and now that we may be traveling again, we don't have our membership park(s)??? The park in Gunnison, Colorado (Blue Mesa) tried to scam a membership out of us saying that Indian Waters wasn't allowing WHR members in any more. They said we could be a member there for ONLY $199/year dues. I found out that that Blue Mesa is now owned by Lance Loken (Jim Loken's son). I guess he learned a lot from papa on honest business practices????
If there is anyone out there that has current information on Western Horizon Resorts, I would appreciate knowing what is going on. Thank you.
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts Joe & Sharon Macke 3-15-17
Sounds like we need to get in line. We purchased a membership at Indian Waters in Indio, CA. They sold that park a few years ago. We requested t be moved to Desert Pools in Desert Hot Springs, that happened without a problem. We stayed there as home park members in December of '16. I tried to make a reservation this morning for April 3 and was informed that they are now a public park and will no longer honor the home park membership from Western Horizons. They want $50.00 per night. We are certainly interested in getting our $5,000.00 membership fee back.
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts Dan and Ruth Bolejack 10-19-16
Been ripped off by Western Horizon. They bought Tall Chief in Washington, had to pay more to stay in. Paid for lifetime membership. They sold Tall Chief and we transferred to Camp Verde. Sounds like we really don't have anything left.

Would want to be part of a class action lawsuit. This company is just crooked!
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts Ed & Karen Hansen 1-4-17
My wife and I bought a membership well over 10 years ago and every resort that we used in our 10 years of fulltiming has been sold or changed hands and the membership which came with I think 3 lifetimes so we could give it to our kids seems to be now gone.
Many many lies and falsehoods during our time after we purchased the membership. We even volunteered at White Oaks during the summer months.
They are still at it I am told trying to sell memberships in the Blue Mesa Ranch under another family members name.

So yes we would be interested in ANY action against the very deceitful Western Horizon's Company.
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts Stephen Dorr 10-24-16
I had bought the forever membership with the home base being Lake Conroe Texas, and it was great while it lasted. Then One day they where there and the next day they closed. They sold memberships all the way up till the day the closed. I also paid for Maintenance forever too. Lost it all. All the parks in Texas are gone. Please include me in the lawsuit.

We have had our membership to Saint David since89 or 90 then later got the lifetime and paid some more money.. paid for the dues payoff so did not have to pay that anymore.. we got a letter stating Saint David resort is no longer ours it went public. so what the heck do we do now ??
would be very interested in the class action suit.
Dennis and Kathy Warner
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts Allan Ryan 11-23-16
We also paid $7,000.up front and then paid for a lifetime membership. Another 2500. to upgrade. We had 5 weeks for rental accomodations which we did not get a chance to use. And now what do we do with ROD? I heard that people had to buy into another park to keep their ROD membership. Definitely interested in the lawsuit
Re: Law suit against western horizon resorts Randy Simms 1-10-17
