|Western Horizon Class Action Lawsuit||Elizabeth||11-13-15|
I became a member of Western Horizon in 2002. Paid the big bucks up front and have been paying only $25. for utilities, etc. per year. I still have the contract paperwork. Now I have received a bill from Colorado Dream Vacations for 2016 dues in the amount of $299/yr or $499/yr. That is not going to happen.
I also would be interested in a class action lawsuit. Is a lawsuit still under consideration?

I am interested in joining any class action lawsuit against Western Horizon Resorts.
I was a member of Ocean Canyon Resorts when WHR bought them out.
I later became a Platinum member by paying several years maintenance dues up front.
WHR Desert Pools and Ramona Canyon were my "home parks" allowing membership in AOR/ROD.

We are also members of Western Horizon and no longer have any campgrounds near us. Our home park was Indian Waters in Indio CA that was sold. We would be interested in joining the class action also. What is required to do it?

We bought the platinum plus package several years ago and then also bought out of dues by paying a lump sum. Then we got notified that not only do we have to pay dues again but also lost out on all the benefits from the extended package. They tried to get us to pay again for all of those benefits that we paid a few thousand on top of our original package cost. I refused to attend their "informational" meeting because I knew it was going to be another hard sell. They told me I had to attend. I told them where to go. We are now paying the $299 a year so we don't loose everything.
