Our home park is in Rockport Texas and we have been a member for 9 years. We haven't gotten anything we were promised at our park. The park is falling down. We bought the cabin package and we can't ever get a room to stay in. We were promised new trailers that sleep six or more and we have yet to see one of them. Half of the land that were to be sites for these trailers are now beening sold to private owners. The one trailer that sleeps four is no longer in use because they said it would cost to much money to fix it up to be used. We pay our yearly dues and EXTRA fees but see nothing for them. I have tried to contact Jim Loken, but have not had any success. I tried by phone, email and a handwritten letter. I am frustrated and down right MAD. Let's get together and see if we can get this solved. Thank you |
